How it Works
From wall-to-wall to area rugs, we will work with you every step of the way.
Wall-to-wall
Call us to set up a time, and we'll come measure your space free of charge. Once measurements have been taken come into our store and check out our extensive inventory. Having measurements in hand prior to coming in allows us to point out which remnants are big enough to accommodate your space. We always recommend looking over the remnants first as they're the greatest value. Of course, if you can't find a remnant you love, we can order any style, in just about any color, from our sample showroom. If your busy schedule doesn't allow for a trip into Cambridge, we'll bring samples directly to you.
Area rugs
Measure the space you want the area rug to cover. Ask yourself if you want the rug to continue underneath furniture or not. Often overlooked is where the corners of the rug fall. We prefer not to have corners falling in the middle of a doorway or entry as it tends to look uninviting. Of course if you'd like some guidance, or simply are not comfortable measuring, we'd be happy to come measure the space, and recommend a rug size. Standard sizes are 5x8, 6x9, 8x10, and 9x12, however, if a "standard size" doesn't work we can fabricate a custom rug to fit your space exactly the way you want it.
